Job summary
SHI International is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot. The role includes governance, lifecycle management, and secure operations across Power Platform and Azure, with onboarding activities for Agent 365.
This is a hands-on position focused on applied AI and scalable agent capabilities within SHI’s Microsoft Services practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field and 4+ years delivering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions and production agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry.
- Experience designing declarative and embedded agent experiences across 365 Copilot, Foundry, and Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end agent solution delivery, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Implement secure agent environments with identity, compliance, monitoring, and lifecycle controls.
- Develop reusable technical assets, reference architectures, and implementation guides for Copilot and agent services.
