Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Microsoft AI to drive revenue through presales leadership and expert solution design. You’ll own bookings targets and collaborate with data, governance, and security specialists to craft integrated AI deployments.

The role focuses on Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform, with emphasis on agent development and enterprise readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or technical consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft AI and automation technologies (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, or Copilot for M365).
• Demonstrated experience designing and building AI agents, intelligent automation workflows, or related solutions in client contexts.
• Proven ability to carry and achieve personal revenue or bookings targets ($3M+ annually preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own annual gross profit targets for AI‑led professional services engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops and architectural assessments with clients.
• Architect AI and automation solutions using Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with Fabric/Power BI, Purview, and Security teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop marketable service offerings for AI agent design, development, and deployment.
• Translate designs into commercial proposals with clear scope and risk considerations.
• Present to C‑level stakeholders and advance AI thought leadership.
