This role will focus on partnering with enterprise customers to run high-impact POCs,

configure and tune AI Agents, and turn pilot projects into paying customers and long-term wins.

What You’ll Do

• Lead pre-sales engagements: Collaborate with sales and customers to define goals and run tailored POCs that demonstrate real value.
• Configure and tune AI agents: Use our no-code/low-code tools to set up agent workflows, tune outcomes, and ensure the product delivers on customer goals.
• Translate customer needs into action: Help define success criteria and align solutions with the customer’s business goals, even if they’re non-technical.
• Work cross-functionally: Be the connective tissue between sales, product, and engineering—providing critical insights from the field to shape our roadmap.
• Own the setup experience: Take new customers from “curious” to “live” quickly and effectively. You’ll guide the first impression of our platform.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Product Analyst)
• Experience running or supporting enterprise POCs or pilots
