Job summary

Xcede is seeking a hands‑on Solution Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer to help large enterprises deploy and operationalize AI governance across their endpoint environments. This highly technical, customer‑facing role will own deployments from initial discovery and pilot through integration, troubleshooting, and production rollout.

You will embed with customer security, platform, and engineering teams, deploy in complex enterprise settings, and write integration tooling to connect our platform

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in forward‑deployed engineering, solutions engineering, security engineering, infrastructure engineering, or similar technical role.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write production‑quality integration code.
• Experience deploying software into complex enterprise environments.
• Understanding of endpoint security, enterprise networking, identity, or security infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer security, platform, and engineering teams to understand AI and agent environments.
• Deploy and configure technologies within large enterprise environments.
• Write integration code and tooling to connect the platform with customer infrastructure.
• Integrate with enterprise identity, security, networking, and developer tooling.
• Troubleshoot deployment, compatibility, networking, authentication, and performance issues.
• Translate deployment learnings back to Product and Engineering.
• Drive deployments from PoC/pilot to full production adoption.

Well-funded AI Infrastructure Start-up - Solution Engineer – Endpoints (FDE)

They are building the runtime control plane for the agentic enterprise, giving organizations the visibility, security, and governance needed to deploy AI agents safely at scale. The platform helps enterprises discover and monitor agents, understand their behavior, enforce security policies, and control how they interact with models, applications, data, and employee environments.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Solution Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer to help large enterprises deploy and operationalize AI governance across their endpoint environments.

This is a highly technical, customer‑facing engineering position. You’ll own deployments from initial discovery and pilot through integration, troubleshooting, and production rollout.

What You’ll Do

• Embed directly with customer security, platform, and engineering teams to understand their AI and agent environments.
• Deploy and configure technologies within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Write integration code and tooling required to connect the platform with existing customer infrastructure.
• Integrate with enterprise identity, security, networking, and developer tooling.
• Troubleshoot difficult deployment, compatibility, networking, authentication, and performance issues.
• Translate customer requirements and deployment learnings directly back to Product and Engineering.
• Drive deployments from proof‑of‑concept and pilot through full production adoption.

What We’re Looking For
