Job summary

koantek is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with strategic customers, designing, building, and deploying software and AI solutions. You will bridge deep technical engineering with customer value and act as the technical face of the company.

You will lead architecture decisions, develop production-grade applications, and collaborate with client teams to deliver measurable outcomes while adopting reusable frameworks and engineering best practices.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you’ll work directly with strategic customers to design, build, and deploy innovative software and AI solutions. You will act as the technical face of our company, bridging the gap between deep technical engineering and customer‑centric business value.

• Solution Architecture: Lead architecture and design decisions for end‑to‑end solutions spanning backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI/ML models.

• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with client teams—from Engineers to Executives—to deeply understand their unique business challenges.
