Job summary

Storm2 is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering, product, and customers in New York City. You will design integrations for identity verification products, solve technical challenges, and guide successful implementations with enterprise clients.

You’ll translate business requirements into practical solutions, work hands-on with APIs and web technologies, and deliver demonstrations and workshops while collaborating with product and engineering teams on customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar technical client-facing roles.
• Experience with APIs and web technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Nice to have: Python or JavaScript experience.
• Nice to have: exposure to identity, fraud, risk, or verification products.

Solutions Engineer – Identity & Trust Infrastructure

New York City, NY (5 days in office)

$150,000 - $220,000 + Equity

The Role

This sits between engineering, product, and customers. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to design integrations, solve technical challenges, and ensure successful implementation of complex verification and identity products.

It's a good fit for someone who enjoys customer-facing technical work, can translate business requirements into practical solutions, and is comfortable getting hands-on with APIs and implementation projects.
