Job summary

WellSky in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Solution Enablement Partner to drive ongoing product education for WellSky solutions. You will ensure internal teams and clients understand and adopt new capabilities as they come to market.

This newly created role connects solution development teams with stakeholders, translating features into tangible value and fostering continuous engagement. Travel up to 20% may be required; onsite work at our World HQ supports hands-on enablement and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in enablement or education.
• Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute education and communications strategy for major solution releases.
• Lead cross-functional solution education efforts and maintain a centralized repository.
• Collaborate with WellSky Training Center and services teams to enhance materials.
• Translate release notes into clear messaging and adoption plans.
• Maintain up-to-date training content addressing knowledge gaps after implementation.
