Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Solutions Design Manager to bridge client vision with operational reality in contract logistics and warehousing. You will architect high-impact layouts, cost models, and commercial strategies within the Global Solutions Design team.

Responsibilities include developing scalable warehousing designs, optimizing layouts, and building financial feasibility models. You’ll lead client presentations and guide designs through transitions to steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a solutions design role within contract logistics or warehousing.
• Knowledge of Contract Logistics Cost Models (MOST or MTM).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and simulation/optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored logistics designs with scalable warehousing, equipment, and cost models.
• Analyze client data to optimize layouts and workflows using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Guide designs from initial concept through steady-state operations with project teams.
• Build financial feasibility with cost–benefit analyses and pricing proposals.
• Present design concepts to clients and adapt solutions based on feedback.
