Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Solutions Design Consultant for a large Healthcare client. This fully remote role supports CDP, AEP, MarTech, customer data activation, journey orchestration, personalization, and analytics.

You will translate business needs into requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in solution/tech consulting with hands-on CDP and Adobe platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in Solution Consulting or Technology Consulting.
• Experience with CDP, Customer 360, or MarTech ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of AEP, RTCDP, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Health care plan/payor industry knowledge.
• Analytical, technical, and communication skills with delivery discipline.

Role Overview

Apex Systems is hiring a Solutions Design Consultant for a large Healthcare client. Location: Fully remote anywhere in the United States. The Solutions Design Consultant serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to define, design, and implement customer‑centric digital and marketing technology solutions. This role will support Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketing Technology (MarTech), customer data activation, journey orchestration, personalization, and analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting, requirements management, solution design, and stakeholder management capabilities with hands‑on knowledge of consumer data platforms and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive consensus among cross‑functional teams and support executive decision‑making.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and requirements artifacts.
• Define end‑to‑end business processes, data flows, integration patterns, and activation workflows.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
• Support design reviews and recommend scalable, reusable platform capabilities.
• Perform business requirements analysis and manage the hand‑over and support for IT Engineering and Testing.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops across business, product, marketing, analytics, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Build partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in Solution Consulting or Technology Consulting roles.
• Experience implementing or supporting Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer 360, or MarTech ecosystems.
• Technical Skills: Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of the Health Care plan/payor industry is required.
• Candidates must possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, along with a disciplined approach to delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience with health plan systems.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Identity Resolution, Consumer 360 Platforms, Personalization, and Journey Orchestration.
