Everforth Apex is seeking an Integration Consultant II to collaborate with clients and internal partners on implementing product suites. You will manage project plans, onboarding activities from pre-sales to go-live, and ensure targeted completion dates are achieved, serving as the primary client contact.

The Integration Consultant II works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of product suites. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client engagements, managing project plans and overseeing all onboarding activities from pre-sales through "go-live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.
Partner with clients to define and document project deliverables through requirements discussions and workflow analysis. Manage client projects while partnering with internal resources to ensure all deliverables are met with timely and successful results. Engage in multiple client projects simultaneously, serving as the business analyst and project manager for all. Develop and document project details using standard templates (e.g., Project Plan, Business Requirements Document, Issues Log). Lead regular project status meetings with clients and internal resources, including updates to senior management. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully hand over to production support teams. Make recommendations for product enhancements identified during client engagements. Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; elevate appropriately.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of related experience. Must have extensive client-facing experience with a proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns.
Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Experience with business/application messaging systems and protocols (e.g., FIX, SWIFT) is highly desirable.
