• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist and influence purchasing decisions within the Program.
• Guide and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate to improve processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead testing efforts and support deployment of solutions.
• Collect information on technologies of newly acquired companies or fleet conversions.
• Coordinate travel and resources for projects.
• Escalate issues to expedite resolution within department and projects.
