Genesys is seeking a Program Specialist, Solution Consulting Operations to scale their programs, reports, and processes. You will coordinate operational programs, maintain KPI reporting, and align stakeholders across regional and global teams to drive consistent execution and informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years in business operations or program coordination.
• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data handling.
• Proficient in MS 365 applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational programs and recurring business activities.
• Drive planning, execution, and tracking across enablement programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers, and repositories.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and deliverables for global teams.
• Manage KPI tracking, dashboards, and business review processes.
• Validate and organize data from multiple stakeholders to improve reporting.
• Develop leadership updates and reporting materials with clear insights.
• Support ad hoc reporting while maintaining standards.
• Improve scalable reporting and processes for the Solution Consulting org.
