Job summary

Nexthink, a global leader in Digital Employee Experience, is expanding its Large Enterprise Solution Consulting team across North America. In this field‑based role, you will partner with Sales and PSS to deliver hands-on presales support, qualify leads, and translate business priorities into Nexthink value.

You will engage with IT Security, Operations, and Service Management stakeholders, lead value workshops, and travel domestically to client sites (NY or Boston) and other Nexthink locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role, ideally selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
• Proven track record partnering with a sales organization to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Experience as a key technical resource introducing new technology into a new market.
• Experience in Workplace/End User/Desktop Services and related disciplines.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business context into pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Become a Nexthink subject matter expert and advocate for business value of the Nexthink Platform.
• Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions to keep deals moving forward.
• Run value-based workshops to help prospects understand Nexthink's strategic priorities and challenges.
