Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Logistics Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will transform client data into actionable insights, collaborate with clients, prospects, and the Redwood Sales and Solutions teams to design and communicate innovative solutions.

Strong data analytics, Excel, and BI tool experience are essential to support growth and client retention. This full-time remote role offers exposure to industry-leading platforms like Tableau and OTM, with opportunities to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and desire to learn and grow.
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel; exposure to BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker).
Exposure to SQL driven tools (IE-Access).
Exposure to network modeling tools (Anylogistix, Llamasoft/Coupa, Supply Chain Strategist).
Understanding of transportation modes (plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and prospects to gather and analyze data, using the results to create and present compelling, cost-effective solutions.
Develop and maintain client and prospect analytics infrastructure through Tableau, MG Edge, Excel, and OTM.
Model, price, and optimize complex, multi-mode transportation networks using decision support and network modeling tools.
Review data and determine gaps, questions and actions needed, including facilitating those actions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data validation and integrity.
Conduct ah-hoc analysis and provide decision support for client projects.
Stay up to date on the latest technological trends and identify opportunities to enhance our solutions.
