Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Managed Services to support clients across the United States from a remote setting.

You will configure MercuryGate, OTM, and RedwoodConnect, design to-be business processes, perform audits, and document tests while collaborating with Client Success and other departments.

A 1–2 year supply chain or consulting background, excellent writing skills, and willingness to travel up to 10% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems.
• 1–2 years of Supply Chain experience or Consulting experience.
• TMS experience a plus.
• System integration experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10%.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create to-be business process designs meeting customer requirements.
• Configure OTM, MercuryGate, and RedwoodConnect per client requests.
• Perform audits and suggest improvements to Redwood systems.
• Document test scripts and test Redwood Managed Services solution.
• Provide end-user training.
• Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning.
• Implement Redwood Managed Services TMS and RedwoodConnect features.
• Assist in technical support for Managed Services.
• Configure internal and customer-requested enhancements to increase value.
• Coordinate with Client Success and other departments to ensure value.
