Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong hands-on experience with Mercury Gate TMS.
• Experience with transportation planning, shipment execution, tendering, routing, and carrier management.
• Strong knowledge of rates, lanes, routing guides, accessorial, and carrier management.
• Experience with EDI/API integrations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with TMS configuration, production support, testing, and UAT.
• Strong Supply Chain / Transportation / Logistics domain knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise transportation operations.
• Provide hands-on Mercury Gate TMS configuration and production support.
• Lead testing and UAT efforts for TMS changes.
