Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Logistics Engineer to identify and model transportation optimization opportunities for managed clients. This role works with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that improve transportation networks, reduce costs, and provide actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with Client Success, Data Science, Reporting & Analytics, Technology, Solution Design, Operations, and customer teams to deliver practical results from data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to apply logistics knowledge to data and modeling.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with transportation optimization, network modeling, and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform transportation optimization studies including mode selection, routing, and consolidation.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and model alternative network and routing strategies.
• Develop practical recommendations to reduce costs and improve transportation networks.
