Job summary

NAVEX, the worldwide leader in integrated risk and compliance management, seeks an Associate Solutions Consultant to work post-sale with customers, assess impact, and quantify value of NAVEX solutions within GRC programs. This hybrid role involves collaborating with diverse teams and traveling 10–15% as needed to deliver outcomes.

You’ll implement best-practice approaches, analyze business requirements, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software implementation experience; Ethics & Compliance industry experience in Training, Policy or Ethics is a plus.
• Proven project management, planning and presentation skills.
• Experience with business processes and SaaS delivery models; creating training or process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to evaluate existing systems and business requirements; design and implement best-practice solutions across multiple NAVEX applications.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Map customer requirements to scope of work and implementation objectives.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle and report progress to stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of NAVEX software solutions and present products to customers with technical expertise.
