Job summary

NAVEX is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to work with customers after sale, assess business needs, and quantify the value of NAVEX’s risk and compliance solutions. You will map requirements to NAVEX capabilities and drive successful implementations in a hybrid work environment.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, use of Salesforce and PSA tools, and delivering measurable outcomes. Travel 10–15% is expected; starting pay is $75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of software implementation experience; ethics/compliance knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with business process management and SaaS delivery models.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; requirement gathering.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines; adaptable to change.
• Proven project management, planning and presentation skills.
• Experience with web tools and meetings/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to evaluate existing systems, processes, and user needs to analyze and implement best-practice solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Analyze and map customer requirements to objectives and scope of work.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to execute the project lifecycle.
• Effectively report and communicate to project teams.
• Develop deep understanding of NAVEX software solutions’ functional architecture.
• Present NAVEX’s products and services to customers with technical and functional expertise.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and PSA tools to optimize sales and project management activities.
• Travel 10%–15% including overnight stays may be required.
