Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales to partner with Account Management and expand relationships with existing customers. You will serve as a technical and financial SME across the customer lifecycle, delivering product demonstrations and resolving ERP integration challenges.

You will work with Account Managers to assess requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure fast time-to-value as Ramp scales its upmarket motion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS/fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion).
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture; ability to explain to stakeholders.
• Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new Ramp products to existing customers.
• Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities and perform ROI analyses.
• Design best-fit Ramp architecture with APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors.
• Act as technical advisor guiding integration and configuration decisions without coding.
• Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion.
