Job Description

Solutions Consultants are responsible for articulating and demonstrating how Numerator solutions provide visibility, insights, efficiencies, and financial value for the enterprise CPG, retailer, and advertising industries. This includes understanding business requirements, proposing optimal solutions, handling objections, demonstrating real-world use cases, and estimating the business value of partnering with Numerator. Solutions Consultants leverage industry experience to solve complex business issues and build credibility with prospects. They work closely with Sales Directors to convert prospects into customers and maintain relationships with existing clients, staying current on industry trends and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Present and demonstrate Numerator’s panel solution portfolio tailored to client needs.
• Identify customer business questions and how Numerator can deliver value.
• Deliver impactful presentations to various audiences, including C-level executives.
• Build and present business cases for partnership, highlighting value and efficiency gains.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Directors.
• Establish rapport with internal teams and support proposal development.
• Collaborate with customers and leadership to identify new solutions and capabilities.
• Maintain deep understanding of data and provide technical guidance during pre-sales.
• Share insights with Product Management and partner with data teams to resolve issues.
• Represent Numerator solutions at webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Travel as needed to support responsibilities.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years experience in CPG, retail, or analytics with a successful track record.
• Understanding of syndicated and household panel data (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana, NPD).
• Strategic thinking about client issues and research design.
• Experience facilitating sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and be a trusted business partner.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth focus.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving.
