Job summary

Rand Worldwide's Building Solutions consultants help engineering and design teams leverage design technology, delivering tailored BIM workflows, data standards, and implementation roadmaps. The role focuses on architecture/engineering coordination and hands-on technology deployments across firms.

You will lead complex integrations, train clients, develop deliverables, and engage with executives to drive measurable improvements, with travel up to 50% and a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, or architecture.
• 7–8 years implementing design technology for engineering or multi-discipline firms.
• Advanced ability with Autodesk Revit and related design software workflows across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge in Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, Forma Design Collaboration, or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to define needs and qualify solutions.
• Document business goals and processes with sales teams.
• Lead technology implementations from planning to adoption.
• Develop client-ready deliverables and data standards.
• Provide training and support to assist client adoption.
• Interface with executives to align tech with business objectives.
