Job summary

Rand Worldwide's Building Solutions division seeks an experienced Consultant to deliver hands-on BIM technology implementations and guide clients through workflow optimization and adoption. You will work with architecture, engineering, and owner-operator teams to implement design solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and effective communication while coordinating with sales and project teams to ensure successful technology deployments and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of industry experience implementing design technology for Engineering, Architecture, or multi-discipline firms.
• Advanced ability with Autodesk Revit and related design software across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to help define needs and qualify solutions.
• Map workflows and recommend technology solutions to improve standardization and coordination.
• Lead and deliver technology implementations including planning, configuration, pilot support, and training.
• Provide classroom training, mentoring, and client support.
• Interface with executives to align recommendations with business objectives.
• Create intellectual property to support sales and implementation efforts.
