Job summary

Rand Worldwide, Inc. (IMAGINiT Technologies) seeks a Senior Applications Expert (Construction) to deliver construction technology consulting, implementation, training, and advisory services.

You will help clients optimize preconstruction, project delivery, field execution, and lifecycle asset management using advanced software solutions. You will partner with owners and contractors, lead workshops, document technical requirements, and promote digital transformation across projects while staying

Qualifications

• Degree in construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience in a preconstruction or project delivery environment.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Forma Industry Cloud or equivalent platforms.
• Experience developing analytics, dashboards, and reporting with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to evaluate business processes, define objectives, and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and assessments for preconstruction and digital transformation.
• Document goals, workflows, requirements, and desired outcomes with customers.
• Provide implementation, configuration, training, mentoring, and advisory services for construction technology solutions.
• Create templates, best-practice guides, workflows, and implementation methodologies.
