Job summary

Rand Worldwide seeks a Consultant - Building Solutions to deliver comprehensive consultation across engineering, architecture, and owner-operator clients. You will support design coordination, model-based workflows, and technology implementations across building organizations.

The role requires hands-on experience with architecture/engineering teams, data standards, and BIM execution planning, with travel up to 50% to client sites and seminars.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of industry experience implementing design technology for Engineering, Architecture, or multi-discipline firms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Advanced ability with Autodesk Revit and related design, engineering, and analysis software.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, Forma Design Collaboration, or AutoCAD.
• Experience developing BIM execution plans, model standards, or multidisciplinary coordination workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to define needs and qualify solutions.
• Document business goals and related processes with sales and customers.
• Lead technology implementations from planning through adoption and training.
• Create client-ready deliverables and IP to support sales and implementations.
• Interface with executives to align recommendations with business objectives.
