Job summary

Rand Worldwide Subsidiary Inc. is seeking a Consultant – Building Solutions to advise engineering, architecture, and owner-operator clients on design technology implementations.

You will map workflows, define standards, and lead technology deployments across multiple disciplines. The role requires 7–8 years of BIM experience with Autodesk Revit and related software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of industry experience in implementing design technology for Engineering, Architecture, or multi-discipline firms or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Advanced ability with Autodesk Revit and related design, engineering, and analysis software and workflows across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge in additional industry-related Autodesk software such as Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, Forma Design Collaboration, or AutoCAD.
• Ability to be engaged in multiple projects at one time is essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to help define their needs and qualify solutions to address them.
• Work closely with sales staff and customers to document business goals and related processes.
• Help define customer-specific data standards and frameworks for tailored solutions.
• Write deliverable documents such as process analyses and recommendations.
• Map existing engineering, design, and project delivery workflows and recommend technology solutions to support standardization and improvement.
• Lead and deliver technology implementations through planning, configuration, pilot support, training, and adoption follow-up.
