Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a technology solutions consultant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and software demonstrations for customers and prospects.
• Work with customers and engineers to identify solution needs, define requirements, and clarify technical constraints.
• Partner with sales teams to understand account priorities and provide technical support throughout the buying process.
• Create demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept to address customer problems and show potential solutions.
• Adapt proposed products and workflows to meet customer requirements, including recommending changes that may reduce costs or improve productivity.
• Support order renewal and delivery activities while contributing feedback to product research and development.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a technology solutions consultant.
• At least three years supporting sales teams and answering customers’ technical questions.
• At least three years helping customers solve problems through demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering software demonstrations both in person and virtually.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or content management platforms.
• Understanding of web services, SOAP and REST APIs, HTML, XML, structured data, or website development.
• Experience preparing workflow diagrams, proposals, statements of work, RFPs, or RFIs.
• Familiarity with electronic signature concepts.
