Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales of research informatics software/lab automation hardware or working in a lab with automation and LIMS.
  • Familiarity with sample management operations and systems.
  • Working knowledge of Labguru Registration/ELN is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed knowledge of Labguru and Mosaic products.
  • Perform demonstrations of Labguru to customers.
  • Attend customer meetings and ensure information is captured and shared.

Job description

The Solutions Consultant serves as a key technical and strategic advisor in the pre-sales process, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client needs and demonstrate how solutions align with business goals. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, crafting tailored solutions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and supporting the customer through technical validation and onboarding.

A successful Solutions Consultant combines technical expertise with strong communication skills, acting as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the functionality of the Labguru and eventually Mosaic product
  • Have a deep understanding of the problems that our customers are trying to solve
  • Attend customer meetings with Salespeople, and ensure that information from customer meetings is captured and shared across the company
  • Perform demonstrations of Labguru to customers
  • As a subject matter expert and product evangelist, provide expertise to customers and Salespeople
  • Determine standard demonstration scenarios in conjunction with Product Management group.
  • Create responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Attend conferences and staff the booth
  • Assist the Marketing group in creating sales collateral (case studies, white papers, news stories, webinars, demonstration videos)
  • Create and maintain the templates for quotations
  • Occasional travel to customer sites across the US, as well as conferences.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience supporting sales of research informatics software and/or laboratory automation hardwareand/or experience of working in a lab with automation and LIMS
  • Familiarity with sample management operations and systems
  • Working or product knowledge of Labguru Registration/ELN is desired
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Be able to work independently and be self-sufficient; however, you will be part of a team of people focused on the US market
  • Bachelor-Degree educated in a scientific or technical discipline
