What We Are Looking For

Due to rapid global expansion, we seek an ambitious and creative Solutions Consultant to join our sales team. You will deliver compelling software solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the telecommunications ecosystem and experience in a client-facing SaaS or CCaaS environment. You should have engaged at CXO level, leveraging a consultancy approach, with a focus on personalized messaging based on the buying center's role.

Success in this role requires the ability to design and develop solutions aligned with customer requirements, meeting and exceeding their needs promptly. You will join a small, fast-paced team in our US office, so adaptability in a dynamic environment is essential.

Location

This role is based in our Reston, Virginia office. It is an office-based position, requiring a reliable commute to the office 3-4 days per week, following our hybrid working policy.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and engage directly with technical and senior customer contacts to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Identify and develop technical solutions from our portfolio matching customer needs.
  • Build relationships with product, provisioning, and support teams to ensure effective delivery and support of solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service.
Design
  • Analyze requirements and design appropriate customer solutions.
  • Stay updated on suppliers and processes to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Produce cost estimates supporting the technical design.
  • Work with Engineering and Product Management to standardize bespoke solutions and services.
Knowledge and Awareness
  • Maintain expertise in specific technical or market sectors to ensure credibility and meet customer requirements.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or Architect.
  • Strong technical background in CCaaS or SaaS.
  • Experience in creating bespoke technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
