Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Solutions Center Representative in Columbus, OH. This 5+ months contract role is hybrid and offers pay of $18-$19 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

You will handle calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members, applying product knowledge to resolve inquiries and guide customers. The candidate should have at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication and knowledge of insurance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software.
• FINRA rules and regulations compliance awareness could be required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members.
• Interpret and apply changes to products based on daily communications.
• Identify underlying questions and provide consultative guidance.
• Document conversations and maintain records to strengthen member relationships.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA rules and state/local laws.
