Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred.
• License/Certification/Designation such as ChFC/CLU desirable; FINRA licenses preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service or sales related occupations.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from investment professionals, sponsors, and members.
• Explain and apply product changes and enhancements to customers.
• Document conversations to support relationship building and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA and state laws.
• Educate customers on tax implications, surrender charges, and plan features.
• Resolve issues to achieve first-time final resolution; escalate when needed.
