Job summary

Axians seeks a Solutions Architect to join an international team, blending solution design with bid management. You will analyze customer challenges, design end-to-end ICT solutions across Cloud, On-Premises and Hybrid environments, and lead the technical response to tenders and proposals.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery teams and partners to deliver offerings built on Managed Services best practices, while translating complex concepts into accessible language for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales or technical consulting.
• Experience as Bid Manager or leading responses to RFPs/tenders.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), networking, security, and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear proposals.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Comfortable working autonomously in an international, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical trends, customer challenges and requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions that align with technical and strategic goals.
• Act as Bid Manager on tenders and RFPs: coordinate the technical response and ensure deadlines and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to shape the best possible solution.
• Write clear, compelling and tailored technical solutions, proposals and architecture documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, customer-focused language.
• Support the team throughout the solution lifecycle, including oral presentations and handover to delivery.
