Responsibilities

  • Ability to architect solutions involving complex IT and other healthcare platforms/systems
  • Enterprise server, workstations, networking, storage, installation and troubleshooting skills
  • Design, analyze and improve custom workflows for customers.
  • Participate in development of architectural strategy for technical workflow integration
  • Work with third party vendors (EMR, PACS, VNA) on integrating with our medical imaging viewer utilizing the principles of DICOM, HL7
  • Work with the Operations and Engineering team members in formulating a strategy for deployment and provide recommendations for improvements in implementation
  • Assist with pre-sales technical calls presenting a proposed architecture diagram to customers
  • Provide technical expertise on Terarecon's SaaS offering regarding Authentication, Storage, System specs, etc
  • Architect and Design Terarecon solutions on AWS or GCP or Azure Cloud platforms
  • Design and Recommend High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions for Terarecon products on Cloud.
  • Assist with Security questionnaires, RFPs and RFIs from existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with certifications in AWS cloud preferred
  • Familiarity with DICOM configuration, connection testing and troubleshooting is required.
  • Experience with PACS systems, RIS and knowledge of HL7 is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software quickly and efficiently.
  • Able to work independently under no supervision with good time management skills.
