Job Title: Solutions Architect (Multiple Positions)

Location: Murray Hill, NJ

Job Description:

1. Perform deployment and integration of Cloud Packet Core with other network elements.
2. Support Nokia EPC (Evolved Packet Core) & NGC (Next Generation Core) Software Validation and Regression.
3. Deploy, commission, integrate, and troubleshoot virtualized or cloud solutions Packet Core products.
4. Assist with regression testing after software updates, feature validation, and KPI analysis reports post-FOA.
5. Manage lifecycle via CBAM (Cloud Band Application Manager) / NCOM (Nokia Cloud Operations Manager) implementing software changes.
6. Design and strategize new Network Functions Visualization Offerings and Orchestrated Services, contributing to service incubation, open source projects, and cloud solutions.
7. Provide insights into new products, processes, standards, or operational plans supporting business strategies.
8. Analyze, develop, and implement solutions as a subject matter expert.

Salary Range:

$152,859 - $232,700 per year

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field, with 6 years of related work experience (5 years post-bachelor’s). Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with:
  • LTE and 5GSA call flow
  • Data collection and retrieval on live systems
  • OpenStack, VMware, VIO (VMware Integrated OpenStack)
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible
  • Designing container-based CMG (SMF/UPF) on AWS, Google Anthos, or Red Hat OpenShift
• Domestic travel up to 20% required.
• Telecommuting permitted up to 100% within the U.S.
