Position Title: Solution Architect, MM/WM

Position Location: 10856 Reed Hartman Highway, Cincinnati, OH, 45242 and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Summary of Duties: Act as a leader and higher-level consultant on SAP Materials Management/Warehouse Management (MM/WM) implementation projects. Manage complex organizations with multiple stakeholders. Recommend solutions and alternatives aligned with business goals and technology strategy. Develop business cases, analyze client requirements, and lead design workshops. Demonstrate leadership in projects, facilitate technical discussions, and translate technical language for senior management. Develop and configure SAP solutions across multiple modules, lead testing and deployment efforts, and coach clients on testing processes. Lead teams of onsite and offshore resources, make strategic recommendations, and collaborate with various departments to design and implement solutions. Lead training sessions and participate in industry forums to establish expertise.

Requires up to 100% travel to client sites across the U.S. Multiple positions available. Remote work possible.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field plus seven (7) years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with five (5) years of experience. Extensive SAP project implementation experience across multiple modules and industries. Leadership experience in SAP MM/WM projects. Strong communication skills for client-facing roles. Up to 100% travel, with remote work options.
