Job Location: Plano, TX and various unanticipated worksites throughout the US

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $106,100 - $212,200 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Responsible for deploying and configuring capital tool suite and providing technical and solution recommendations to customers; Work with customers and Siemens' personnel to define and document recommended deployment plans utilizing the Capital tool suite; deploy Capital tool suite: Execute and manage deployment projects at customer's site according to the agreed-upon deployment plan with constant communication and coordination with customers, consulting management, sales team and SW engineering; translate business requirements into specific solutions, applications or process designs for moderately complex projects; configure the Capital tools to support customer's requirements.

Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Product Architect-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1. Working with the principles, practices and techniques of wire harness design and manufacturing processes.

2. Working with wire harness design flow from diagram capture through manufacturing delivery.

3. Working with IES related technologies and platforms and applying key trends in IES software solution deployments.

4. Working with enterprise level business and implementations.

5. Synthesizing and formulating broad, high-level functional requirements into concrete solution specifications.

Up to 50% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy. [Remote Role]
