Job summary

Storm2 is seeking a Solutions Architect for a remote US-based role. You will drive complex customer deployments, design scalable solutions, and coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams. A strong background in SaaS, APIs, and data workstreams is required.

You will collaborate with enterprise and mid-market clients, guiding integrations, workflows, and architecture decisions while ensuring successful production launches and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, TAM, Integration Engineer, or Professional Services Consultant.
• Experience working within B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web technologies, and systems integrations.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with structured and semi-structured data.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations for enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Serve as the primary technical contact throughout onboarding and deployment.
• Guide customers through API integrations, workflow configuration, and system architecture discussions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Identify implementation risks, manage timelines, and drive projects to completion.

Backed by leading investors and experiencing significant growth, the company is scaling its customer-facing technical team and searching for a Solutions Architect to lead complex customer deployments.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a technically strong, customer-focused Solutions Architect to drive implementation projects from discovery through production launch.

This position sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You’ll work directly with customers to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure seamless integrations into existing environments.

You will be a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping clients maximize value from the platform while influencing product direction through customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Integration Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Professional Services Consultant
• Experience working within B2B SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, web technologies, and systems integrations
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with structured and semi-structured data
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Proven track record managing multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Experience creating technical documentation and implementation playbooks
• Hands‑on scripting or automation experience using tools such as Python, SQL, Postman, Bash, or similar technologies
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
