Chainalysis is seeking a Solutions Architect in New York to lead technical strategy across pre- and post-sale stages, shaping solutions with the Sales team and delivering value to private sector customers. You'll design deployments, own post-sale success, map workflows to product capabilities, and translate complex requirements to Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Technical generalist with experience in REST APIs and SQL data structures.
• Experience in account or customer management for an enterprise SaaS business.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
• Curiosity and motivation to solve difficult customer problems.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team as the technical lead, running discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of value.
• Design customer-specific solutions for deployment and integration of Chainalysis products.
• Own post-sale customer experience, configuring and tuning products with customer teams.
• Drive adoption and measurable value from onboarding to ongoing product health, rules, and alerts.
• Map customer workflows to product capabilities across investigations, compliance, security, and data analysis.
• Investigate Chainalysis tooling to surface actionable insights and integrate into customer workflows.
• Be the primary technical advisor to internal and external customers, handling time-sensitive decisions.
• Translate complex technical requirements to Product and Engineering teams.
• Become a trusted advisor to increase foothold with private sector customers.
