Chainalysis is seeking a Solutions Architect for the LATAM region to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions. You will lead cross-functional efforts across Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to design and implement value-driven outcomes.

You will craft tailored demonstrations, guide API integrations, and build evidence-based architectures that scale with customer needs.

Qualificações

• Several years of experience in related areas such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, or sales engineering.
• Experience making complex technical concepts understandable to diverse audiences.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership across the customer journey from discovery to deployment and value realization.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover objectives, pain points, use cases, constraints, and success criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, designs, and implementation paths.
• Demonstrate Chainalysis capabilities through tailored demos and narratives addressing compliance, risk, or security environments.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and integrations that accelerate investigations and operational workflows.
