Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Solutions Architect to translate business strategy into technical requirements for private sector customers. You’ll lead technical validation with Sales, design deployments, and own the hands-on delivery from initial discovery to production adoption.

You’ll own complex risk and compliance workflows, work across product and engineering, and help customers derive measurable value while expanding relationships with enterprise clients. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with private sector customers such as banks, crypto exchanges, payment processors, or blockchain developers.
• Understanding of compliance, investigations, risk workflows, and related operational needs.
• Technical generalist capable of REST APIs and data concepts in SQL; eager to learn more.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS account management, renewals, and expansions.
• Strong communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Curiosity, fast learning, and collaborative knowledge sharing.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team as the technical lead, running discovery, demos, and value proofs.
• Design customer-specific deployment and integration solutions for Chainalysis products.
• Own post-sale experience, configuring and tuning products with customer teams.
• Drive adoption and measurable value from onboarding to ongoing usage.
• Map customer workflows to product capabilities across investigations, compliance, and data analysis.
• Investigate using Chainalysis tooling to surface insights and integrate into risk workflows.
• Be the trusted advisor, answering questions and guiding escalation paths.
• Translate complex requirements to Product/Engineering, highlighting data gaps.
