Blue Frog Marketing, LLC, a leading HubSpot Solutions Partner, seeks a technical solutions architect to collaborate with sales and customer success teams in the Iowa region. You will identify client needs and design tailored HubSpot and Apollo integrations, configuring solutions to meet complex requirements.

You will deliver product demonstrations, provide ongoing technical support, and ensure seamless integration with clients' existing systems, while keeping current with HubSpot and Apollo

Qualifications

• Experience in custom CRM configuration or web development.
• Experience integrating with enterprise CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP).
• Proficient in PHP, HubL, SQL, JavaScript, Python.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain tech to non-tech audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of agile/project management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with sales and customer success to identify client needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for HubSpot and Apollo products.
• Configure and customize solutions to meet client requirements.
• Conduct technical product demos and presentations for clients and prospects.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure successful integration with clients' systems and tools.
• Create technical resources and knowledge base articles.
