Job summary

Advantix is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our fast-paced team reporting to the Director of Engineering. You will lead pre-sales engineering, identify client needs with sales and account management, and translate them into technically sound solution options.

You will design, document, and present solutions, act as level 2 connectivity support, and help drive customer success through collaboration with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering and solution design.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication with sales, account management, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Perform technical discovery to determine best technical solutions for clients.
• Design solutions to meet customer requirements utilizing industry best practices.
• Facilitate and lead technical meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Create and maintain documentation of the proposed technical solutions.
• Execute with technical accuracy, serving as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients.
• Plan and prioritize opportunities for utmost productivity and efficiency.
