Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Architect for the Commercial Midmarket segment. You will work with Small and Medium Business customers, guiding architectural choices across security, compute, storage, networking, and advanced AI/ML scenarios.

You will provide design guidance, lead knowledge sharing, and collaborate with diverse engineering and account teams to deliver value and accelerate customer success on AWS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 4+ years in technology domains (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or internet industries

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Solutions Architecture team to ensure customer success on AWS platform
• Scope each engagement with clear objectives and success criteria
• Own each engagement and ensure timely delivery of value
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the solution architect community
• Understand AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals
• Understand and use salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems
