Vic.ai, a leading AI-powered AP automation company, seeks a Solutions Architect for the USA East Coast/Central to bridge business needs with technology. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to translate complex AP requirements into scalable Vic.ai solutions.
You’ll combine deep accounts payable knowledge with technical fluency and AI expertise to design, communicate, and deliver value across customer journeys, balancing feasibility and impact.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Solutions Architect who can bridge the gap between our customers’ business needs and our technology. This person will bring deep accounts payable expertise, strong technical and analytical capabilities, and a consultative mindset to help customers design solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, asking the right questions, and turning ambiguity into clear, scalable solutions.

As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective Vic.ai solutions.
You will be a trusted technical and functional advisor throughout the customer journey - helping customers understand what is possible, identifying the best approach to solving their challenges, and ensuring that proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with the capabilities of the Vic.ai platform.
You will combine deep AP process knowledge, technical fluency, solution design, and AI expertise to help customers rethink how their finance operations can work.
