Vic.ai is transforming accounts payable through intelligent automation. Our AI-powered platform helps finance teams automate complex invoice processing, improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and gain greater control over their AP operations.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Solutions Architect who can bridge the gap between our customers’ business needs and our technology. This person will bring deep accounts payable expertise, strong technical and analytical capabilities, and a consultative mindset to help customers design solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, asking the right questions, and turning ambiguity into clear, scalable solutions.
As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective Vic.ai solutions.
You will be a trusted technical and functional advisor throughout the customer journey - helping customers understand what is possible, identifying the best approach to solving their challenges, and ensuring that proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with the capabilities of the Vic.ai platform.
You will combine deep AP process knowledge, technical fluency, solution design, and AI expertise to help customers rethink how their finance operations can work.
At Vic.ai, we believe how we work is just as important as what we accomplish. Our values guide how we make decisions, work with one another, and serve our customers:
We care about the people behind the work. We support each other, assume positive intent, and recognize that great results come from great teams.
We communicate openly and directly. We would rather have a difficult conversation today than allow a small problem to become a big one tomorrow.
We do the right thing even when it is harder. We hold ourselves accountable to our customers, our colleagues, and the commitments we make.
We value progress and outcomes over activity for activity's sake. We move with urgency, make thoughtful decisions, and learn by doing.
Building something meaningful is hard work. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and make room for humor and connection along the way.
AI is not a side project at Vic.ai - it is becoming fundamental to how we operate.
We expect every employee to actively incorporate AI into their work, continuously explore new tools and approaches, and look for opportunities to improve the speed, quality, and impact of what they do.
For this role in particular, we expect you to be an AI-native problem solver. You should be comfortable using AI to research, analyze, document, prototype, communicate, and solve problems - and equally comfortable helping our customers understand how AI can fundamentally change the way their finance teams operate.
This is an opportunity to join a company that is redefining how finance teams work. You'll have the opportunity to work with sophisticated customers, solve meaningful and complex business problems, and help shape how AI is applied to one of the most important functions within every organization.
You won't simply be implementing software. You'll be helping customers rethink what is possible.
