Job summary

Links Partners seeks a Support Analyst in Chicago to join a team handling customer inquiries across the firm’s software. You’ll be a first-line responder, triaging and guiding clients from initiation to resolution in a hybrid setting (4 days in office, one day work from home).

You will respond to inquiries, own tickets through resolution, and assist with configurations, SQL reporting, and cloud-based service maintenance. Excellent communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
• 4 to 7 years of working experience preferred.
• eDiscovery experience is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and solve technical problems.
• Own the ticket until completely resolved with follow-up after closure.
• Assist users with configuration across AI/Processing/Review technologies and validate functionality.
• Create and maintain SQL scripts to provide access and reporting for data.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to develop client service-related applications.
• Assist in developing installation packages for clients.
• Contribute to maintenance of cloud-based services and automated reporting.
• Contribute to software documentation and client-facing materials.
• Perform other duties to support the team and organizational goals.
