ESI is now hiring a Solutions Analyst for a remote position to be worked in EST time zone.

POSITION SUMMARY:

ESI is seeking a Solution Analyst who is responsible for guiding project teams on best practices, teaching them how to design and configure their own workflows, and mentoring their staff as they take their first steps in digital transformation. The Solutions Analyst does not need to be a software engineer to be successful in this role, but it does require a good understanding of SaaS, enterprise IT landscape, REST APIs, and SQL. Creativity, with the ability to understand and dissect existing manual business processes and transform them into automated workflows, is also necessary for success. The Solutions Analyst will report to the Vice President of Professional Services. Candidates who live or can work in the EST time zone are ideal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years hands-on SaaS application experience, with preference for candidates that have worked in customer-facing, software implementation roles.
• Experience with web design, cascading style sheets (CSS), and usability best practices.
• Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Azure, Relational and NoSQL databases, SQL querying.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python etc.), JIRA, Automation, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Strong work ethic; exhibits a "sense of urgency" relative to resolving critical issues and time- sensitive deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; listening and organizational skills
• A problem-solver who takes responsibility, demonstrates personal integrity, and can effectively deal with difficult and/or ambiguous situations
• Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and Delivery team members to deliver high quality projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with our customers to assist their digital transformation journeys.
• Train and get certified to become a guru - helping customers efficiently collect business requirements before designing and configuring automated workflows for release.
• Guide project teams on best practices, teach them how to design and configure their own workflows, and mentor their staff as they take the first steps in digital transformation.
• Provide technical explanations while working with customer IT teams on their project needs around security, integrations, and reporting.
• Work as a member of the delivery team alongside other Solutions Consultants, Trainers, Project and Customer Success Managers to ensure the needs of our customers are exceeded.
• Manage working with multiple customers and projects at a time with varying project lengths, business cases, and complexity.
• Any other duties as assigned.
