The People & Organization Workforce Solutions team helps drive impactful solutions through collaborative partnerships within the People & Organization (HR) ecosystem, Managers, and other key partners, such as GBS – our internal Shared Services organization. We review system change requests related to the employee lifecycle, while also helping to diagnose and facilitate resolution forworkforce-related challenges. In addition to our daily work, the team also focuses on identifying process gaps and areas of opportunity to help increase overall process efficiency and effectiveness. Our work and guidance to implement process efficiencies and solutions is driven to help the organization succeed.
We are looking for a Workforce Solutions Advisor. This position is based remotely in the Eastern time zone.
In this role, you’ll become a key player in delivering exceptional HR services that drive business performance for your assigned client group. Partnering with our shared services and core People & Organization (HR) teams, you’ll focus on supporting day to day operations, while helping to improve internal People & Organization (HR) systems and identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize processes.
You’ll make an impact by:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for managers and People & Organization (HR) on operational matters and escalations, providing timely guidance and driving resolutions aligned with best practices.
- Support organizational and transformation initiatives by managing day-to-day processes, ensuring accurate data and preparing required documentation.
- Support organizational restructuring efforts by coordinating reorganization requests, updating / maintaining org charts and ensuring alignment with approved workforce plans and reporting structures.
- Review and approve People & Organization (HR) system entries and transactions (e.g. hires, terminations, compensation changes) to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by developing a deep understanding of the functions, goals, and challenges of the teams supported, enabling effective operational support aligned with business needs.
HR Systems & Data Integrity:
- Ensure data integrity across People & Organization (HR) systems by auditing transactions, resolving errors and conducting ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with Shared Services, the People & Organization (HR) ecosystem and other key stakeholders.
- Validate data for accuracy and to support informed decision-making, while delivering tailored business support.
Process Improvement:
- Investigate complex or recurring People & Organization (HR) issues through root cause analysis, identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement scalable, simplified and/or automated solutions, where applicable.
- Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and toolkits to support consistency and enable knowledge sharing.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Prepare clear summaries and facilitate discussions with recommendations to inform leadership, surface insights and support effective decision-making and responses to timely matters or escalations.
- Review processes to identify breakdown points and assist in resolving escalations and preventing future issues.
- Engage stakeholders regularly to share best practices, maintain a service-oriented approach and support continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
- Act as a subject matter expert and connector between key stakeholders, supporting the execution of strategic people initiatives and driving cross-functional alignment.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, or a related field—ideally in a generalist or coordinator capacity within a HR and/or shared services environment.
- Associate’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3+ years of experience with HR policies and procedures and a history of responsiveness, quality service, and process efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, spreadsheet creation, making recommendations and leading improvements. Skilled in developing and enhancing work processes with strong attention to detail.
- 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems and strong skills in Excel / PPT (incl. V-lookups, PivotTables, data summarization and storytelling).
- 3+ years of working effectively with cross-functional teams, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating effective teamwork that contributes to shared successes.
- 3+ years of managing a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and respect for data privacy standards and the ability to demonstrate responsible use of data access.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Driven & energized by problem solving and acting as a ‘connector’ to address questions and/or system issues that impact day to day operations for client groups.
- Flexibility, self-direction, and motivation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Skilled at translating big-picture goals into digestible insights that clarify purpose and drive execution.
- Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while prioritizing effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Enjoys a good puzzle to solve!
- Demonstrates leadership skills, professionalism and a team-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience working in a matrixed environment preferred.
- Workday experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and complete deliverables independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills. Self-starter mindset.

- The pay range for this position is $65,660-$112,560 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
