Job summary

Bravo Consulting Group is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft 365 engagements, including large-scale data migrations, records management, and Purview governance. You will own end-to-end solution architecture, mentor delivery consultants, and support pre-sales efforts on new opportunities for state, local government, higher education, and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration projects at scale (tenant-to-tenant, cloud migrations).
• Experience designing records management and regulatory retention programs.
• Client-facing senior architect with proven delivery leadership in AvePoint-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex migrations, including discovery, planning, migration waves, and post-migration validation.
• Design records management, retention schedules, and eDiscovery configurations for regulatory compliance.
• Architect Purview solutions across labeling, DLP, retention, and governance modules; oversee external sharing governance.
