The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/IT and 3–5 years of server/storage experience, plus vendor certifications or proficiency. This is a full-time remote position with standard business hours.

This position also performs setup and configuration, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of assigned systems and application delivery technology.**What You'll Do:*** Provides customer service to the end user community via telephone, electronic communications or in person in a timely and professional manner.* Assist in the implementation, configuration and deployment of server/system infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to supporting both physical and virtual environments across Microsoft and Linux platforms.* Assist in supporting VMware infrastructure.
